Episode 1.11 - Patience: Eli and Keith are building a case against a man named Warden Brown but the man's attorney is convinced they don't have a case. He is very angry when Keith sudden tells the court that one of the witnesses should be treated as hostile. He is later forced to settle because of strong evidence against his client. Episode 1.12 - Waiting For That Day: A man claimes that a major earthquake will destroy the Golden Gate Bridge on a specific day soon. Episode 1.13 - Soul Free: A man has battled, and beaten, cancer twice but the disease has spread to his brain.
