Greek

Repost of spoilers from SpoilerFix.com that haven't happened yet.

Episode 3.14: The Toirtoise and the Hair
Airdate: February 2010
  • 10/23/09 - Sam Page (a.k.a. Joan's jerk-face husband on Mad Men and James Woods' ex-underling on Shark) is joining Greek in a major recurring role, sources confirm. Page's character, Joel, is described as a smart and accessible local campaign manager for a congresswoman. During the casting process, Greek producers referred to the role as "McDreamy with a law degree." I think they got the right guy for the job. According to a Greek insider, Joel shares a past connection with Rebecca; he used to work on the Hill with her father. Source: The Ausiello Files
  • 10/11/09 - Joel: Just 30 Male...Super-cute, smart, dedicated and accessible ("McDreamy with a law degree"), Joel is a local campaign manager for a congresswoman. He worked for three years on the Hill with Rebecca's father. Recurring guest star. Please submit all ethnicities. Dean Burton: 50's Male...A short, slightly disheveled, very enthusiastic professorial type (think Wallace Shawn), Dean Burton is a Dean with the college's Engineering Department. David Fanning: 40s Male... dapper, British, David Fanning is a journalist for EW--that's Engineering Weekly--who's on campus to conduct an interview. A pleasant guy, he's a bit David Frost to Dr. Hasting's Richard Nixon. Please submit all ethnicities. Hunter: 20-22 Male... this super-sexy, flirty guy has something just a bit pervy about him. Please submit all ethnicities. Middle Aged Guy: 40's Male...This middle aged guy works for Joel in the local campaign office. Please submit all ethnicities. Source: SpoilerTV

General Spoilers:
  • 12/13/09 - "There's a huge storyline later this season that is going to blow you away," promises my source. "And it involves Chuck, Jack Bass and Chuck's mother." Source: Kristin on E!Online
  • 10/24/09 - Victoria Adams is set to visit the Upper East Side this season for a guest spot on an episode of Gossip Girl, an idea, sources said, that came to be because of mutual respect and love between the two camps. Posh is reportedly a big fan of the show, while stars Blake Lively and Leighton Meester are fans of the former Spice Girl's designs. [...] The wife of the most famous soccer player in the world is set to fly to New York late October to film the guest spot within the day. Her role is still unknown thus far, although if she had it her way, she would like to play an ex-love interest of Chuck."She isn't an actress and wanted her role to be very tongue-in-cheek," the same source. "And an idea for her to play Brit actor Ed Westwick's long-lost mother was quickly vetoed. Victoria joked that she'd rather play his ex-love interest!" Source: BuddyTV
  • 09/27/09 - Jack Bass, the devious uncle of Gossip Girl's Chuck, is set to return to the show later this season, TVGuide.com has learned exclusively. "I will be back this year," says Desmond Harrington, who plays the character. "I think it's episode 15 or 16 where I show back up. It's fun playing Uncle Jack." Source: TV Guide Online

Meanwhile, Shaw (Brandon Routh) and Sarah have one of those, "Oh my god we're gonna die, so I may as well tell you I love you" moments. [...] The only good news? Kristin's character Hannah is so not what she seems, and I don't think she's long for Chuck's world. Source: Kristin on E!Online

Episode 3.10: Chuck versus the Tic Tac
Airdate: March 2010
  • 11/14/09 - In episode 10, Casey does something bad. REALLY bad. Could-cost-him-his-job bad. And it's connected to [the fact that....] Robert Patrick is slated to appear midway through the third season. [...] Patrick will play Col. Keller, a mysterious figure from Casey's past in "Chuck Versus the Tic Tac," which I hear will be a big episode for Adam Baldwin's newly-minted colonel. Source: The Ausiello Files

Bones

Repost of spoilers from SpoilerFix.com that haven't happened yet.

General Spoilers:
  • 10/24/09 - Moonlighting did it back in the 80's. And now Fox's Bones is planning an all black and white episode to air this spring. "A lot of shows have done those 40's film noir episodes," the show's executive producer Stephen Nathan tells me. "But what we're thinking of doing is going back a few more years to a 1930's era homage to Depression-Era comedies like (1936's) "My Man Godfrey" (starring William Powell and Carole Lombard) or (1934's) "The Thin Man" (starring Powell and Myrna Loy as Nick and Nora Charles), where they're living the high life in the midst of the Depression - drinking and having a good time while solving murders." • 08/16/09 - [Hart Hanson reveals:] I've got an idea for one more intern I'd like to bring in. A severely bipolar intern. Source: Zap2It's Korbi TV
  • 08/02/09 - As for that baby storyline, Emily said, "It's something that will probably be addressed in the next season." [Hart] Hart added, "We have some other things to get past first before Brennan can get back to thinking about a child." Source: Kristin on E!Online
  • 08/02/09 - Here's further proof that brain tumor-afflicted Booth will be on the mend this fall on Bones: The next Fox character who visits him will be a flesh-and-blood human, not an animated talking baby. Sources confirm that Fox is toying with the idea of staging a crossover next season that would find Booth and Brennan working on a case with Tim Roth's Lie to Me doc Lightman. The insider cautions that it's in the very early stages and "may not even happen," which is even more reason for me to get this out there now before the whole thing falls apart! • 10/18/09 - Kai: Male, Late 20s - 30s. Open ethnicity. Super sexy and in shape. Love interest to a series regular. A yoga instructor with a piercing gaze, calm intensity, very zen. Someone who can do yoga would be plus. Someone that could talk while bending his legs around his neck would a bonus. Recurring guest star. Superintendent Carey: Male, 50s or older. Open ethnicity. School superintendent. Attractive older male. Two scenes with Debbie, Kelly and Harry. Possible recurring guest star. Mrs. List: Female, 40s, Caucasian. Harry's secretary. Pleasant looking but not sexy/distracting. Possible recurring co-star. Attendant: Male, 20, ethnic preferred. Takes coats from series regulars at a party. Security guard: Male or female. 30s. Source: SpoilerTV [Note: An updated casting call says that Kai may be introduced in episode 2.14 and will be Debbie's yoga instructor.]

Episode 2.14: Title Unknown
  • 11/01/09 - Masseur: Male, open ethnicity, African American preferred, late 20s. Naomi's masseur, hot. Latina Girl: Female, Latina, 18 or older to play high school. Extremely sexy. Flirts with Teddy. Source: SpoilerTV

General Spoilers:
  • 12/13/09 - 90210's school paper just got a hot new faculty adviser! [...] Hal Ozsan has nabbed the high-profile recurring role. [...] Showrunner Rebecca Sinclair reveals: [The upcoming Gia-Adriana relationship] isn't a fling. We're coming at this relationship from a genuine place and not going, 'Let's do a titillating story that will grab some promotion.' This is a real aspect of teenager life that's interesting. [...] The breakup [with Navid] certainly shook [Adriana] up and made her sort of more open to the possibilities of what will make her happy. But this isn't a direct rebound like, "Oh, I'm going to go be with a girl now." [The flirtation] starts from Gia's side. She becomes Adrianna's friend through AA. And then she develops a crush on her, and Adrianna is initially freaked out. But then she starts to question her own feelings. Naomi, predictably, has some outrageous opinions. She thinks the best thing about fooling around with another girl is how much guys would love it. And Silver, being more sophisticated, is like, "What's the big deal? If you like somebody and you feel attracted to them, what is holding you back?" But once we get past the "gayness" of it all, it's really just a story about two people connecting. I don't think it all has to be about gender politics. Frankly, it'd be great if everyone on the show was bisexual. It would provide lots of interesting combinations. [...] I would very much like to have multiple gay relationships on the show. Source: The Ausiello Files
  • 12/13/09 - 90210 is looking for a movie star but, let's face it, will probably have to settle for a sitcom star from the 80's. The CW's second-time-around soap is finally introducing Teddy's (Trevor Donovan) dad, Spence Montgomery, a major film star in his 50's who is (no surprise here) very charismatic. He'll work for at least four episodes and the series is looking to cast only someone who is well known. [...] They show is also looking to bring in a famous pop star named Jonah, who'll romance one of the series regulars for at least three episodes. He's supposed to be African American or Latin- and has to be a good singer. Could Peach Pit After Dark be reopening? Source: Keck's Exclusives
  • 12/13/09 - Matt Lanter, who plays Liam reveals: There is a stranger from Liam's past that comes back into his life. He has a strong influence on him so I think there's some rough stuff coming up for Liam and this character. Source: TV Guide Magazine
  • 12/13/09 - We're going to have ourselves a good old-fashioned suicide attempt in the zip code! Without sounding morbid, the offing method is pretty cool, and while it won't be successful, it will spell the end of one main character's time on the show. [...] Scott Patterson, who played Luke, Lorelai's on-again, off-again love interest on Gilmore Girls, has joined the cast of 90210, TVGuide.com has learned. Patterson will play Jack, the biological father of West Bev badboy Liam. Patterson will appear in multiple episodes when the CW teen soap returns in 2010. Jack comes to L.A. after a stint in prison, looking to earn some seed money and settle down by opening a tackle shop on the marina. It's music to Liam's ears, as he sees his dad's return as an opportunity to finally get out of his stepfather's house. Source: TV Guide Online
  • 12/13/09 - I can't say who [tries to commit suicide], but I can tell you that he-yes, he -is not leaving the show. So it is just a suicide attempt. In other news, the Adriana and Gia ladylove storyline starts when 90210 returns from hiatus, and Navid will wonder if he made Adrianna gay. (Apparently he isn't aware how such things work!) I'm told that Silver and Teddy develop a full-fledged relationship, but of course, they will have their complications... [...] There's a sex scandal in the works: Naomi is going to accuse a teacher of sexual harassment. Source: Kristin on E!Online
  • 11/14/09 - Someone is going to try to commit suicide. Dixon's birth mother will return and Debbie will start flirting with her yoga instructor. Source: Kristin on E!Online
  • 11/01/09 - A character will be experimenting with her sexuality this season on 90210, TVGuide.com has confirmed. Recurring guest star Rumer Willis, who plays the lesbian character Gia, will bring out a new romantic side in Adrianna. A relationship will unfold for the pair in an episode slated for January. "This isn't a fling," executive producer Rebecca Sinclair told Entertainment Weekly. "We're coming at this from a genuine place and not going, 'Let's do a titillating story that will grab some promotion.' This is a real aspect of teenager life that's interesting ... And there's been a real void in the 90210 universe in terms of gay and bisexual characters." [...] Kelly Lynch has signed on to 90210 to play a new love interest to English teacher Ryan Matthews, TVGuide.com has confirmed. Lynch will play Laurel, a fortysomething, pot-smokin' hottie who has a whirlwind romance with Matthews (Ryan Eggold). She has quite a history under her belt, as evidenced by her colorful stories about various rock stars and celebrities. There is, of course, more to Laurel than at first appears. She's also the mother of one of Matthews' students. Lynch is confirmed for one episode, which airs in January, but is likely to recur on the show. Source: TV Guide Online
  • 10/24/09 - Laurel Sullivan: Female, Caucasian, Late 30s-early 40s. A true California libertine. She believes in free love, the environment, the power of music, legalized marijuana, and her daughter Ivy, whom she sees as her greatest triumph. Once a radical Berkley student whose goal was to sleep with all the Rolling Stones, Laurel is now an enormously successful music producer. Laurel is outrageously rich but she despises the normal trappings of wealth. She wouldn't be caught dead in fur or a private plan or carrying some designer handbag. For her it's all about turquoise and beat up blue jeans and a maybe a leather jacket from East West Musical Instruments. Laurel lives in a sprawling home in Topanga Canyon which at all times is filled with various boyfriends and other visitors -- musicians, a traveling Native American Shaman, yoga instructors, ex-Weathermen, and artists. She loves to write and sing and paint and drink and smoke and have sex . Laurel is creative and loving and a hell of a lot of fun but also selfish and irresponsible and immature. Recurring guest star. Seeking recognizable names and faces only. Source: SpoilerTV
  • 10/24/09 - The spring episodes are promising a major lovefest when three couples reconcile within the space of a few weeks. On the other hand, Teddy Montgomery and Kelly Taylor will be left out in the cold. Source: TV Guide Online
  • 10/24/09 - Dixon's about to land himself a cougar! "A new woman comes into Dixon's life, and she's even older than Sasha," teases exec producer Rebecca Sinclair. "It's someone we've met before." Source: The Ausiello Files
  • 10/11/09 - We'd almost forgotten about Navid's family business too, but Michael Steger tells us that 90210 is about to delve into the adult film biz: "We're going to see my parents again. They're going to talk more about the porn industry, and a lot of dirty details from my Dad's past are going to surface." Source: Kristin on E!Online

  • 08/09/09 - Bashar Rahal (War, Inc.) has landed a multi-episode arc on Fox's 24. On the upcoming eighth season of the real-time drama, he will play a general from the Islamic Republic of Kamistan who is involved in a conspiracy against President Hassan (Anil Kapoor). Source: The Hollywood Reporter [Note: It sounds like Rahal will play the character of Mehran described in the spoilers below.]
  • 08/02/09 - Mistaken identity man: 30's Caucasian, he is a drug dealer who is mistaken for another character by a sniper. This character should be very fair in coloring - ie blonde,or red hair, blue eyes or even albino if possible - anywhere from 5'10 to 6'. Mehran: Middle Eastern, in his mid 20s to mid 40s, he is the leader of operatives in an Islamic country working against the President (Anil Kapoor). Mehran is very charismatic but dangerous. Introduced in one scene in Episode 8, this character will be in multiple episodes. [Dimitri from episode 8.05 returns and] he has an intense encounter with Jack Bauer. Source: SpoilerTV

Desperate Housewives

From "Scoop: 'Desperate Housewives' snags John Barrowman"

Desperate Housewives boss Marc Cherry has accomplished his mission to bring Captain Jack to Wisteria Lane!
A Housewives insider confirms that Torchwood’s John Barrowman is joining the ABC soap later this season for a minimum of five episodes. The actor will play the Big Bad at the center of the Angie (Drea de Matteo) mystery.

Last summer, Cherry — a big Torchwood fan — met with Barrowman to discuss the possibility of him visiting Wisteria Lane at some point. It was just a matter of finding the right role.

Barrowman’s arc will kick off in early April and span the final five episodes of the season.

Chuck

From "Exclusive: 'Chuck' recruits Willard, Kurtz for top-secret mission"

Chuck has tapped Fred Willard and Swoosie Kurtz to guest star as a Hart to Hart-esque spy couple now over-the-hill but still in the game, sources confirm to me exclusively.
The TV vets will turn up at the end of the season when they’re recruited for a sure-to-be-hilarious mission.

Desperate Housewives

Excerpt from "Ask Ausiello: Spoilers on 'Glee,' 'Chuck, 'Grey's,' 'Smallville,' and more!"

Question: Could you please share some scoop about Desperate Housewives? —Julien

Ausiello: There’s a big story coming up for Gaby that will find the ex-catwalker returning to her runway roots in New York.

Chuck

Excerpt from "Ask Ausiello: Spoilers on 'Glee,' 'Chuck, 'Grey's,' 'Smallville,' and more!"

Question: I have a Chuck query. I was wondering if anyone else will be finding out about Chuck’s secret in the near future? —Jenny

Ausiello: If by near future you mean this season then yes, someone else will be finding out about Chuck’s secret in the near future. In fact, this unnamed individual will not only uncover the truth about Chuck’s other life, he/she will end up joining him on a mission. And if you saw Monday’s immensely entertaining and hugely pivotal episode, you know it can really only be one of two people.

Smallville

Excerpt from "Ask Ausiello: Spoilers on 'Glee,' 'Chuck, 'Grey's,' 'Smallville,' and more!"

Question: I am dying (of boredom) and my final wish is for a juicy Smallville spoiler. —Sarita

Ausiello: I hope you survive long enough to catch the Valentine’s Day-themed episode on Feb. 19, because it features two things no Smallville fan should miss: Lois dancing in a wedding dress and a catfight between Chloe and Tess!

90210

Excerpt from "Ask Ausiello: Spoilers on 'Glee,' 'Chuck, 'Grey's,' 'Smallville,' and more!"

Question: I can’t go another Ask Ausiello without some major 90210 scoop! It’s bad enough new episodes don’t start back up ’till March 9th! —Kenny

Ausiello: Annie’s hit-and-run story will come to a surprising conclusion in the season finale, but the repercussions will carry over into season 3. Also, I’m hearing Liam and Naomi hit a rough patch (shocker!), and he’ll turn to Annie for (cough) support. That was a real cough, BTW. I wasn’t trying to suggest that (cough) support stood for something else.

Grey's Anatomy

Excerpt from "Ask Ausiello: Spoilers on 'Glee,' 'Chuck, 'Grey's,' 'Smallville,' and more!"

Question: Anything good coming up for Alex on Grey’s Anatomy? —Jesse

Ausiello: I don’t know if Izzie would consider this good, but the Feb. 18 episode will answer this burning question: Which of Seattle Grace’s other female docs has Alex hooked up with in the past?

Ugly Betty

Excerpt from "Exclusive: 'Ugly Betty' boss promises big changes as end draws near"

Talk about deadline pressure. ABC’s decision to not only cancel Ugly Betty but to reduce the show’s episode order from 22 to 20 has left producers racing to tie up four years’ worth of story lines in just a handful of episodes. The first order of business: straightening out Betty’s unresolved dental issues.

“The braces are coming off,” reveals series creator Silvio Horta of the March episode, which will find America Ferrera’s Betty being whisked off on an It’s a Wonderful Life-esque journey. “There’s a big fantasy element to it. We’ll ask the question, ‘What if Betty had perfect teeth?’”

Change will also come to Betty’s professional life via a new job opportunity that “may take her away from Mode,” teases Horta. “We’re going to see how that impacts the people she works with as well as her family.”

Elsewhere, questions surrounding Justin’s sexuality will be addressed (spoiler alert: he’s gay!), Wilhelmina’s first love (played by Tony winner Brian Stokes Mitchell) resurfaces, and, as I previously reported, a major character will get hitched in the series finale. In possibly related news, rumor has it Christopher Gorham has been approached to reprise his role as Betty’s ex-love Henry — something Horta would neither confirm nor deny.

24

Excerpt from "Spoiler Chat: Lost's Terry O'Quinn Tells Us Something He's Not Supposed To!"

Cynthia in Merced, Calif.: I love that Renee is back on 24. Any chance she and Jack will find some real love this time around?

We'll let Annie Wersching (Renee) take this one: "I think fans will be pleased." Whoot! You heard it here first, folks, but it's not all romance for the two throughout 24's eighth season. "This day, they go through a lot of stuff again that brings them closer together. So they have their own interesting relationship," Annie explains. We're down for a badass Renee and Jack Bauer hookup anytime—even if she is supercreepy this year.

Lost

Excerpt from "Spoiler Chat: Lost's Terry O'Quinn Tells Us Something He's Not Supposed To!"

David in Rhode Island: Will there be resolution about Claire and Jack? Will she find out they're related?

According to Matthew Fox, yes! He says the fans will be satisifed and that will not be left hanging.

Edward in New York: Will Ben Linus get any more honest this season?

According to Michael Emerson, no. "I have always meant to be forthright, it's just that sometimes you get in a pinch and your mission requires that you fudge the truth a ilttle and get things done!" That said, when you meet the new big bad you will see that Ben is a cowering puppy dog in comparison.

Lost

Excerpt from "Lost Redux: You Want Answers? How About a Big, Fat Smoky One?!"

Sayid and Ben Were Saved the Same Way: Last season, Richard Alpert agreed to take young Benjamin Linus to the Temple to bring him back to life, but warned that he would never be the same, would lose his innocence and "will always be one of us." That said, sorry, but don't get too excited about any kind of happily ever after for Sayid.

Next Week Will Blow You Away: After you see the final 10 minutes of next week's episode, it will become increasingly clear what the entire final season of Lost is leading up to. (I smell a battle coming on!)

Get Ready for Two Surprising Reappearances: (1) A certain someone you thought was dead will be back, and how he or she returns and what it means for the future of the other Losties on the Island will have your brain spinning. (2) Someone else appears in Los Angeles that I did not know was returning at all, and it's pretty stunning.

There Will Be Some Shipper Moments Next Week: Kate will have a tender moment with Jack and a revealing moment with Sawyer, and there will definitely be some clear indication as to where the romantic storylines (or lack thereof) are heading.

Richard Alpert Was a Slave?! SMIB mentioned that Richard was in chains. There has long been talk that the crew of the Black Rock (allegedly a mining vessel) were slaves, and when we've visited the ship in the past, skeletons were found shackled together. So was Alpert on the Black Rock? The good news is we will find out. Nestor Carbonell tells me: "You're going to get all your answers: Why doesn't he age? Where's he from? What his powers might be? Who he is? And there is one specific episode that deals with all of that. I was blown away by what they wrote." Can. Not. Wait.

Claire and Sayid Will Have Something in Common: Something big.

Lost

Excerpt from "Elizabeth Mitchell Promises She's Coming Back to Lost—Perhaps for Kissing and Coffee With Sawyer?"

What do you think of the fan theory that Juliet was talking about a coffee date and knew that the bomb worked because she was flashing to another timeline where she was with Sawyer?

That's what I keep thinking! And I keep thinking that's why she wasn't so sad about it. She was sad for him. My feeling is she was already in a different place that was a lot happier—maybe she was in heaven, I don't know! But I like to think that she was in another place after the bomb went off—however it was that reality split—and for some reason, because she was dying, she was able to see both worlds. However, that's my own nerdy thoughts and ideas. They haven't told me a darn thing. They're gonna send me scripts in like a week or two. I will know more.

So you will be back on Lost one more time. Yay! Are you able to say exactly what episode?

I'm not entirely sure that they want me to say, but I know it's toward the end. I wish I could tell you, you know I wish I could.

Gossip Girl

Excerpt from "Michelle Trachtenberg Is Back for Gossip Girl Finale—and Stealing Serena's Bro?"

Something wicked this way comes, and her name is—you guessed it—Georgina Sparks!

Insiders and the show's CW rep confirm that Michelle Trachtenberg will be coming back to Gossip Girl for the very last episode of the current season, which is starting to sound crazy good.

"I'm sure there'll be a big scandal," Michelle tells me. "She's back for vengeance."

Ugly Betty

Excerpt from "Ugly Betty: How Will It End? Is Betty Getting Married? Find Out!":

Despite previous reports that the writers have been trying to decide whether Betty will end up with Gio, Daniel or Henry, I'm now told that, although nothing has been set in stone, they're leaning toward a Kelly Taylor-esque, "I choose me" ending that may end up sending Betty (America Ferrera) to a foreign land for a fabulous new job. She may even end up with an old friend there.

But wait a minute, what about all those cute boys we thought she'd end up with? After all, Betty ended up with Daniel (Eric Mabius) at the end of the original series.

"They probably aren't going to have Betty end up with Daniel," says one inside source. "Some key people do not want that to happen."

Hmph!

So then who's in this wedding we're hearing of? I'm not at liberty to say, but I can tell you that someone other than Betty will get hitched. Someone you'll be very happy to see get a happy ending.

Also according to inside sources:

* Betty will get her braces off.
* Justin will kiss a boy.
* Amanda will hook up with Daniel's half-brother.
